DataStar.Tools packagesfor your own NuGet feed

To install the tool from your own feed instead of nuget.org, push the DataStar.Tools package together with the platform package for each kind of agent you run, then install with --add-source pointing at your feed. The first package holds no program: it names the platform package to fetch, so both must be in the feed. See Install it from your own NuGet feed.
