Release Notes: v3

DataStar v3 is a major release focused on three things: a guided release workflow that bundles commit, deployment-file production, and CI/CD trigger into a single four-step flow; an embedded Model Context Protocol (MCP) server so AI assistants can ground themselves in your actual workspace, database, and backlog; and a rebuilt desktop client with a refreshed visual design, faster start-up, and tighter keyboard navigation.
